The cuisine of India is one of the world's most diverse cuisines, characterized by it's sophisticated and subtle use of the many spices, vegetables, grains and fruits grown across India. India's unique blend of cuisines evolved through large-scale cultural interactions with neighbouring Persia, Ancient Greece, Mongols, and West Asia.

Tandoori Momos-   Momos are a street specialty food in North and the North East of India.  Yes and it has a good fan following around the world as well. But friends, no dish is complete in India if it does not have the masaledar and chatpata Indian tandoori touch.  So, if you've always loved momos and are looking for something unique, then this is the recipe for you. Soft vegetable momos, fried and the tossed in tandoori marinade, skewered and the grilled. The best part of the recipe is that, you can also smoke the momos and simply cook it in the pan. This is a fresh take on India's one of the most popular street foods.

Chilli Paneer Dry -   Chilli paneer dry is a popular Indo-Chinese food made of cottage cheese. As the name says, we are going to spice it up with lots of chillies which includes bell peppers. This is an easy to make recipe. It takes ahrdly 30 minutes to prepare. It goes well with any noodles or fried rice. You can make chilli paneer dry or gravy and can adjust the consistency of the gravy as per your conveniences. I love this as a starter, though.

Nizami Handi-    Vegetable lovers can't do without a side of dry sauted vegetables alongside a gravy or a dal dish. Not only do that make sense healthwise, but they also make any meal seem more wholesome or appetizing. Mixed vegetables is one such recipe which never goes out of style. The delicious mixture of selected vegetables with spices and seasonings makes a steller meal every single time. The Sabz Nizami Handi is also one such delicious mixed vegetable recipe that can be whipped up in no time for surprisingly delicious results.

NON-VEG SECTION

Chicken Kosha- Chicken Kosha aka Kosha Murgi'r Mangsho is a quintessential Bengali delicacy. Marinated chicken hunks are slow cooked along with selected spices to the level of perfection and the result is mouth-watering murgi'r kosha. This semi-dry preparation is not a light and hearty side dish like Bengali Murgi'r jhol. Instead, the spicy gravy makes it a perfect companion for roti or naan(flat bread).

Mutton Rogan Josh-    Rogan Josh or Mutton Rogan Josh is a mouth-watering traditional lamb curry recipe with origins in Persia and also popular in Kashmir. It is prepared using a slow cooking method with a variety of aromatic spices. This famous Indian Dish has a fiery red colour and a creamy texture. This signature Kashmiri non-vegetarian recipe makes your meal even more special with exceptional flavours to relish.
